This historic property was already mentioned in documents from the 16th and 18th centuries, a time when it was still inhabited by Carthusian monks, who used to provide accommodation to travellers. It belongs to the municipality of Palma de Mallorca and is located outside the city, on a huge plot of aprox. 316.880 m2. There is an Arab irrigation ditch, declared Cultural Heritage Site, running throughout the plot with its water supply source in the northern outer part of the property.

The totality of the currently existing building is made up of a manor house, consisting of 4 buildings, which surround the courtyard; a smaller house which was formerly inhabited by the farmers, as well as various buildings for agricultural use. The main facade of the mansion whose roofs have been recently renovated, is symmetrically arranged, consisting of ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor. Behind the main house are located the former farm houses with ground floor and 1st floor.

There is a project for an Agroturismo-Hotel with 80 beds, the main house will contain 10 rooms and will function as a normal rural hotel. The other 24 rooms adjoining the main house will be equipped with a small kitchen, a dining room and a living room for guests who rent for a longer period but can still use the services of the hotel.

In addition, there is planning permission for a spa, an outdoor swimming pool and a warehouse that can be used in its entirety as storage space for long term rental. There is also the option to purchase a neighbouring plot of 825,000 m2 if more land is desired.
