National Cycle Route 23 passes Oak Tree House, which runs south all the way to the Isle of Wight, and north to Basingstoke and Reading, connecting to many other road and off-road cycling routes throughout Hampshire. 
The M3 is a short drive away, for a direct route to London and connecting to other major roads such as the M27 east and west.  You can be in the middle of the incredible New Forest in under 30 minutes or many coastal parks in even less time.
