Tucked away in the olive trees, Villa Nicole is not visible from the road below and is approached up a lovely sweeping tree-lined driveway to an area with plenty of parking space. The front of the house has a large patio, and a spacious entrance hallway leads into the family lounge with floor to ceiling patio windows. A large modern working fireplace dominates the room, and although it is presently furnished with tasteful antiques, the room would equally lend itself to more modern lines.
Just off the lounge is a charming kitchen/breakfast room, and another smaller, cosier sitting room with views across the garden to the mountains.
Two large bedrooms are reached by a few steps from the lounge, one of them with a raised sleeping area and unusual angled shape. A modern family bathroom serves both these bedrooms, which have fully fitted wardrobes.
An open style solid wood staircase leads up to a further room with a private balcony. This is presently used as a study, but would make an ideal master bedroom, particularly if an ensuite bathroom was constructed in the area under the roof next to this room.
Underneath the kitchen area is a further large room and bathroom, with a seperate entrance - ideal for keeping visitors independent!
The extensive gardens have been well cared for and there are plenty of mature trees, grapevines and olive trees.
