The last house at the end of a quiet road, this has beautiful views out towards Avlaki and the coast of Albania.

Most of the land belonging to the property is at the back of the house, and slopes gently up an olive grove. There would be plenty of room for a swimming pool and terrace (with a sea view) to be constructed.

The house is old, but has already been renovated by its present owners and is ready to occupy. The front door leads straight into the main living room which has a beamed ceiling and an open fireplace in one corner adding to the cozy atmosphere. An attractive arched brick doorway takes you though into the kitchen, and another door into the fairly large bathroom.
