In the green Umbrian valley between Niccone and Lisciano Niccone we find nestled in the hills Casa Olivia, a rustic farmhouse in need of renovate with a wonderful view of the valley and 4 hectares of fenced land. The farmhouse is on two levels and is composed on the first floor of a loggia which leads to the apartment, living / dining room with an ancient fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, 2 bedrooms and a wonderful panoramic terrace of about 35 square meters from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the valley, and which can be widely exploited in summer for aperitifs and dinners al fresco. From the terrace there is access to an attic. Externally you enter the floor below where there is a tavern with fireplace, a bathroom, a cellar with whine barrels that was originally the stables as it keeps the original features and a tool shed. In the immediate vicinity there is a warehouse / garage, agricultural outbuildings and a canopy. Under the loggia there is an old wood-burning oven still working. This country home has, in addition to the municipal aqueduct, also two wells for water supply. Around the house there are about 4 hectares of land partially terraced and entirely fenced which is accessed by a private road. There are also 70 productive olive trees that are between 20 and 50 years old.
