There is stairwell, concealed by glass panelled doors, that leads up to the top floor and down to the basement.

Basement; which has direct access to the garden, we find a spacious kitchen with dining area and service area with bathroom.

First floor, which is accessed via a beautiful and original stone staircase, this 'night area' consists of three bedrooms, a large bathroom with tub, as well as a spacious hallway.

The renovation was carried out in a sensitive way, many of the original elements have been maintained such as some floors in decorated marble chips, the ceilings with exposed wooden beams / rafters and various details typical of the Tuscan villages in the area.
