The Renaissance villa has developed around a watchtower dating back to 1100 built in a strategically panoramic and dominant position and for this reason the estate enjoys an incomparable view of the surrounding valleys and the splendid historic center of Florence that is only 20 min drive away.
Upon entering you are greeted by a large glassed entrance hall around which there are three large rooms, currently used as study room, lounge / library and dining room to also frame a splendid internal courtyard enclosed by a crenellated wall. From this central atrium we go up through a spiral staircase to the sleeping area which has 4 bedrooms each with a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub.
