Description

*6 month only contract from mid August *

This lovely property is a spacious 4 bedroom detached house with panoramic sea views from every room located in the stunning East Cliff, in Folkestone. A stone's throw from the Sunny Sands beach in Folkestone.

On entering the property from the long driveway, there is a lovely square hallway with a generously-sized cloakroom, to the left.   In the hallway next to the stairs there is a very spacious storage area.

Leading off the hallway to the right, is the spacious open-plan lounge diner with a traditional brick fireplace between the 2 rooms.

The large double glazed windows in the lounge diner show off the spectacular English Channel view across the East Cliff Pavilion Green. You can also see the Historic Martello tower.

At the rear of the property, off the dining area, is the kitchen overlooking the lovely sun room. There is a brand new gas cooker fitted.

From the conservatory one can take in the beautiful, private and secluded garden. The gardens are surrounded by mature shrubs and boost two lawns on split levels.

Upstairs in the property, there are 2 large double bedrooms, 1 small double and a single bedroom,  and all bar one has stunning panoramic sea views. The back bedroom looks out over the garden.

There is a very spacious light and airy bathroom with a white modern fitted bathroom suite.

Folkestone is a very popular seaside location with lots of quaint shops, fabulous eateries, the beautiful sunny sands beach and Harbour Arm. The place to be in the summer or on an invigorating windy day!

From the house you can walk to the left across the meadow towards the tower to the cliffs in about 20 minutes. A small path next to the tower leads up to the cliffs. There is a restaurant halfway up (campsite) and at the top of the cliffs where you can enjoy a very good meal/breakfast with a view over the sea and to France. Various other paths lead from the cliffs back down to the sea, some of them through a tropical-looking forest (one right by the restaurant on the cliffs), so you can go on a circular walk.

You can also hike in the same direction in the Kent Downs.

The property is 5 minutes drive to the town which has every shop and amenity you may need. The High Speed train link to London can be located nearby at Folkestone Central which is great for commuting to work.
