In 2007 we also decided to invest in Porto’s Baixa (downtown) and its urban regeneration.

In 2008 we were the first official broker for the SRU – Porto Vivo project and down the years we have contributed to the much-needed rehabilitation of Porto´s Baixa.

In 2017 we moved our headquarters to Foz, by the coastline, where we opened a highly visible K&A flagship.

In 2019 we participated in two real estate exhibitions, launched the first K&A magazine and developed other tools in the area of real estate consulting.

In January 2020 we created a movement to support a noble cause: “Let’s help the homeless” - finding homes for Porto´s homeless.

From 2021 onwards, we aim to expand the K&A brand to other parts of the country.
