From the kitchen a glazed door leads through to rear vestibule where there are coat hooks and a glazed door out to the courtyard.

Completing the accommodation on the ground floor is a modern shower room with a white suite, WC, wash basin with a mixer tap, corner shower, a tiled floor, heated towel radiator and a double glazed window to the rear.

A turning staircase with white spindles and a wooden balustrade leads to the first-floor level where there are three double bedrooms. The second bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe where a folding ladder givesaccess to the loft.

The family bathroom has a white suite with WC, wash basin, free standing bath with claw feet, mixer tap shower attachment and a separate corner shower with screening and wet wall. The window overlooks the rear garden.
