This elegant “Villino” is a fascinating example of early 20th-century architecture, enriched in all its interiors by the classic decorations and frescoes of the period, and preserves its unaltered charm and elegance.
The typical stone steps lead to the entrance hall, which overlooks the splendid garden. The layout of the living area is classic of the period and consists of the study, large dining room and large living room with French windows, which overlooks the garden on the same level.
The kitchen, also with direct access to the garden, is livable and there is a first bathroom.
From the entrance, the staircase with the elegant banister of the period leads us to the sleeping area, consisting of three double bedrooms, a single bedroom, large wardrobe room and two bathrooms.
There is also a beautiful skylight that gives light to the three floors of the Villino.
From the first floor there is access via a secondary staircase to a further room and on to the under-roof area, which has been partly restored.
Next to the kitchen is the staircase leading to the large basement, where there is a second entrance door and a further staircase leading to the garden.
The large garden of almost 1,000 square metres, with a variety of plants and high trunk trees, is accessible from the entire ground floor and contributes to giving the villa a truly unique atmosphere.
The Villino is bordered on either side by other houses and is located in a prestigious position near Porta Romana. It is in need of renovation and has no private parking space.
