This house, situated in a great location allowing easy access to both the old and new parts of Olvera, is well built and maintained offering great value.

Entering the house from the street through a traditional Spanish entrance, you are greeted by a cosy living area, to the left is an additional and separate living room.
Ahead of you is the entrance to the kitchen, which is a good size and well equipped. Part of the kitchen area with a breakfast bar that separates the kitchen from a glassed sun room offering great views of the surrounding campo and mountains, the windows can be fully opened to let the cooling breezes in .
Adjacent to the kitchen is the bathroom, which once again is fully functional.
From the kitchen area is stairs leading down to a large two room basement, at the moment it's being used for storage, but can quite easily be configured for many uses.
