The Property
Approached over a tree lined drive, shared with Kilworth House, The Stable House affords a high degree of privacy with extensive southerly views over its own gardens and surrounding landscape.

Internally, the current owners, over many years have updated and enhanced the accommodation. It now provides an opportunity for a larger family to take advantage of well thought out living space together with separate accommodation which could be utilised by the family or let.

The main entrance is entered through large doors set within the three storey tower, making an impressive approach. The hall then divides either to the east and the main living areas or west to the potential additional living space or lettable areas. The whole is arranged around a courtyard with screen wall to the south and gardens beyond.

A particular feature is the superb conservatory, added by the owners, with access to the Dining Kitchen, door to the Study or two pairs of double doors to the garden.

Outside
The Garden Courtyard provides a natural sun trap and can be viewed from most of the reception rooms, it also contains the swimming pool. The front garden has an attractive seating area set behind tall mature hedging. The principal garden lies to the south, is mainly laid to lawn and has a number of mature specimen trees and fine southerly views.
