This very beautiful, quietly situated gallery country house with a plot size of approx. 7600 m2 is situated on a hillside close to Biniali and enjoys a breath-taking, instructible view of the landscape up to the Tramuntana mountains.

The built-up area is approx. 400 m2 and is distributed over three levels. The heart of the house on the ground floor comprises a very large, light-flooded living room with a ceiling height of up to six metres. In addition to the central heating, a beautiful circulating air fireplace provides cosy warmth. From the large window front with double glazing we directly reach a covered terrace, which leads into the Mediterranean garden with swimming pool. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room on the first floor enjoys a dreamlike, unobstructed view to the mountains. Furthermore, there is a separate building, the 'tower' with a dreamlike view into the Tramuntana mountain range.
