Connected to the picturesque island of Burano by the Ponte Longo, an entirely wooden bridge of 60 m., Mazzorbo is a true oasis of peace, a place where everything seems to have stopped and where nature, history and the surrounding lagoon make you feel in harmony with the world. Mazzorbo is renowned for its vineyards, its expanses of fields and orchards, its walks along the lagoon, its small historic village with the Church of Santa Caterina, dating back to 1200, which houses the oldest bell in the city, the ancient Benedictine monastery, the medieval walls that protect the Venissa estate, an unmissable destination where you can relax and have lunch among its ancient vineyards... This beautiful setting, makes our property a special residence. A whole villa, facing the lagoon, with two separate entrances, boathouse, large and beautiful garden, orchard and land with vineyards and arable land, for a total of approx. 1700 square meters. On the entrance floor welcomes us the large living area with large stone fireplace, kitchen and functional, a large bathroom. All spaces are spacious and airy. From here you exit into the large patio, partly covered and that becomes an outdoor living room to live all year round. The garden is a small park full of trees, exotic plants, corners that house ancient tools for work and for making wine as the two old wooden vats, a bridge and an arcade of roses lead to the expanse of vineyards... The upper floor of the villa houses the sleeping area with three large bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom. The attic floor, with exposed trusses, houses a charming loft, with stylish windows that give each an enchanting view of the lagoon and the garden. Next to the garden, with its own entrance also facing the canal, a large room of approx. 30 sqm, used as a warehouse with a garden of relevance. A residence away from the hustle and bustle of the city and where you can regain possession of the serenity that only nature and the lagoon can give ... but still in our beloved Venice ...
