Creating an open-plan kitchen and dining area by removing an internal wall is a top value-adding renovation for many. It enhances your property’s value and improves your living experience, aligning with the growing preference for open-plan spaces. These communal areas offer family interaction. Most builders can complete this straightforward project in less than a week, offering a quick return on investment.

Our STUNNING MIDDLE TWO BEDROOM TERRACED warm, cosy, well-kept and, most importantly, energy-efficient house LOCATED IN AN EXTRAORDINARY, BREATHTAKING PLACE. There are many attractions nearby, so each family member will find something to do.

There is a WORTHING RUGBY CLUB within a 10-minute walk. It is a first-class rugby facility and a designated centre of excellence for rugby in Sussex. Our Rugby Club is one of the most picturesque rugby stadiums in southern England. Set in 23 acres of well-kept grassy grounds, it boasts a charming tree-lined setting.

ROUNDSTONE FARM SHOP and GARDEN CENTER is a 25-minute walk or 4-minute drive from our house. It is a pick-your-own farm, a fabulous few hours out - there are free tractor rides to the various fields and all you pay is the cost of the produce your bring to the till (they don't weigh the children on entry and exit!). The prices are very reasonable, about half the price of supermarkets.

Two miles from our house is another special place - HIGHDOWN GARDENS. It is a unique chalk garden nested in the Southdown National Park, overlooking the sea. The 8.5 acres gardens are home to a National Plant Collection, a ‘living library’ of rare plants and trees adapted to live on chalk throughout the year. It is a place cherished for its intimate and peaceful character by local visitors through generations. It is equally highly regarded by some national and international botanical institutes, horticultural societies and gardens for its heritage significance and horticultural interest. Many of the plants are from the original collection started by keen horticulturist Sir Frederick Stern in 1909.

Less than 5 miles from our home is FERRING BEACH - an unspoilt pebble and sand beach. This part of the coast is popular with kite surfers and windsurfers and you can swim here. You can ride horses on this beach, and you will often see them riding along the seashore. The beach runs from The Bluebird Cafe on West Drive, east towards Goring. You can walk from the Cafe along the beach or down Patterson's Walk, the footpath that runs between the seafront properties and the beach. Ferring Beach dog friendly! There is parking near the Cafe on West Drive or at the other end of the footpath on Marine Drive. You will see signs for the South Coast Cycle Route, pointing towards Goring.

The famous pub THE SPOTTED COW is an 8 minute walk from our house. Situated on a quiet, impassable road. This is a traditional English pub offering an excellent selection of home cooked food as well as a good selection of real ales. The Spotted Cow also is a Cask Marque recognised Pub – An award for ‘Pubs serving great Cask Ale’. You can find this pub listed in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide.
