Serviced Offices at arguably the best address in Norfolk, Yarmouth Heliport, which is nestled between Caister-on-Sea and Great Yarmouth on a major road link, the A149 Yarmouth Road, with a good bus service between Great Yarmouth and Caister and only a short walk or cycle ride to the beach - officially the softest sand in the UK. Some of the offices have a view across the airfield, providing an uninterrupted vista of air-traffic movements and taxiing, take-offs, landings, and seasonal fly-ins when the local airspace becomes very busy with visitors of both fixed wing and helicopters. The offices are unfurnished, but carpeted, and each vary in size from two people to eight, with use of a communal kitchen, both male and female toilets. There are seven offices available in the main block.

The airfield also runs a Sunday Market/Boot Sale, which is hosted on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month from April to October - 14 per year currently.

There is hangarage capacity available for those needing to house their aircraft, fixed wing or rotary.
The site also has a small container park where both on-site and off-site clients can rent a 20' container within the grounds, only a short walk from the offices.

Also nearby, there is a stand-alone building that was previously referred to as the 'Terminal Building' which is currently configured to six offices but, if necessary, can be reconfigured internally to provide space to accommodate twelve offices, each of a good size, and has a full stainless steel kitchen to serve the site (currently uncommissioned).
