HISTORICAL MEDIEVAL CASTLE IN THE PROVINCE OF BRESCIA - LOMBARDY
Proposes in an exclusive historical medieval context, Castle in the town of Dello, in the province of Brescia. The characteristic property, immersed in a park of 1900 sqm approx. positioned in the center of the town is at the same time in a reserved position. The castle has medieval origins and presents a history dating back to the early millennium. "La Rocca," so called by the inhabitants of the time, defended the town. Passing through the gate of the property, we enter directly into the paved courtyard and encounter three distinct buildings: the guardhouse, the castle and at the end of the courtyard the stables. The castle is spread over three floors for a total of about 1350 sq. m. On the ground floor we find the restaurant area as well as other rooms that can also be used for twenty corporate or other purposes. There is then a large entrance hall with a master staircase leading to the upper floors; on the first floor, above the dining area, there is a service group with storage, a living room and two bedrooms. While above the apartment, through the grand staircase, is located a second apartment consisting of two halls/living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with bathroom. In the attic floor, above the dining area, two rooms have been obtained; while above the residential area are located three large rooms with excellent heights where one can comfortably obtain living quarters. The entire property also includes the guardhouse and the stable. The guardhouse, spread over an area of about 80 square meters with a style that recalls the castle altogether, no longer having the function of housing the keepers has been divided into three floors: on the basement floor we find the boiler room, on the mezzanine floor has been obtained a studio apartment consisting of bedroom with bathroom, on the first floor a second studio apartment consisting of bedroom with bathroom. Also the stable, which formerly housed horses, is spread over three floors: in the basement is located the boiler room, on the ground floor we find a studio apartment consisting of bedroom with bathroom, on the first floor an apartment consisting of two rooms and finished attic. The property can be used as a private family home/residence while the 2 detached outbuildings i.e. guardhouse and stable can be used as guest rooms. Or the complex can be used as hospitality and consequently already have units ready to be rented both in the short and long term and a central body dedicated to corporate events, weddings etc. etc. Through adaptation works even the same central body can be used for short or long term rentals. We are dealing with a ductile and eclectic property that can be adapted to different methods of use and employment.
