Not far away, about 30 minutes by car, is the old capital city of Veliko Tarnovo. Its relief is very characteristic of the village. The yard is about 1,800 m2. It consists of a front part in front of the house facing an asphalt street and a larger part behind the building and the barn, which also faces the street.
In the yard there is a huge L-shaped barn part of which has two floors, the second floor has an exit with a door to the back of the yard. The entire barn is of stone construction, the roof is in very good condition. the very shape and size of the barn makes it possible to convert it into several living quarters.
From the asphalt street there is an entrance for cars in the front part of the yard next to the barn.
