The village is one of the most beautiful villages in the region of Dryanovo. It is only 5 minutes by car from the city, where there are everything you need for a normal and peaceful lifestyle - shops, pharmacies, schools, kindergartens, places for entertainment and sports, as well as a river that is ideal for fishing all year round and for swimmimg . during the summer.
Two main things make this village quite attractive - the first is that every single property, house and yard is located on an entirely southern slope and has a panorama without exception, the second is that the village is extreme, that is, the last and is not transitory - it is an end point.
The main house has two floors, it was mainly renovated in 2015-16, but since then maintenance of the already made repairs and new things have been added periodically.
The roof is in good condition, with replaced gutters and pipes. The windows throughout is PVC wenge color. The flooring on the first floor is terracotta, the bathroom and toilet on the same floor are also terracotta. It is very important to note that the access to the first floor is at ground level, which makes the house convenient for people with mobility problems. In support of this is the available bedroom on the first floor, which has a double door leading to the yard and allows the movement of these people without any problems. On the same floor there is a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom with a toilet and a living room.
Internal stairs lead to the second floor where there is a corridor, two spacious and sunny bedrooms, from one bedroom there is an access to a huge veranda with a stunning view of the rocks and the mountains. There is also a bathroom with toilet on the floor. The floors are new, and the terrace is terracotta.
In the yard, which is about 2,000 m2 and is divided into four correct and real levels, there is a two-story stone barn with a completely new roof and glazed windows. The barn has electricity and water. The floor on the first floor is concrete, original internal stairs lead to the second level - the barn floor where there is one spacious room that can be separated into two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and toilets. One third of the flooring on the floor has been installed. The height of the second floor of the barn is standard and allows people to use it without any problems.
In the courtyard there are also the remaining walls of another stone building, which is without a roof, but the walls are in very good condition. The owners have cast a concrete slab on three levels, and their idea was to make three separate private rooms and the bricks for this purpose are available on the property. Only the roof should be done.
Adjacent to this building there is also a barbecue, which has a preserved structure on the roof and is, in itself, a unique separate and built facility facing the magnificent panorama.
