Eydon has a fantastic community spirit. Although it is one of Northamptonshire's smaller villages, there's plenty going on with a variety of local social clubs. The Royal Oak pub is highly regarded locally, and also dates back to the 17th Century, so it is well worth a visit.

There's a playing field in the village for the kids, with a football and cricket pitch for the older ones and the younger ones have a play area of their own.
Eydon doesn't have a village store but is visited by a local meat and veg van during the week, there's also a village milk delivery service.
