The farmhouse is located in the middle of the Penedès surrounded by vineyards and beautiful panoramic views of Montserrat and the whole plain.
It consists of two very different buildings.

The main farmhouse has two floors and 200 m2 constructed, the first one is accessed through a beautiful iron door and manual ingot archway, to our left there is a rustic kitchen but with all the comforts of a layout and furniture modern, a large dining room with views of the garden and the vineyards make it a very cozy room, it has a fireplace that heats both the first and second floors through ducts.

The flooring is porcelain stoneware and radiant floor, the original wooden beams are preserved. On this floor we also have a large complete bathroom, the laundry room and a technique that can be converted into an office or room, it is where the aerothermia devices are. It also has two accessible cubbies, one from the entrance and the other from the dining room.

On the second floor we have 4 large rooms, each with a sink and its aluminum windows with views always outside, and a large bathroom with shower and two sinks.
Exiting the garden and connected to the second house, there is a diaphanous shed with a large iron barbecue and fire pit to spend great moments with friends and family.
Then we have a loft of 100 m2 on one floor, it has aluminum windows that overlook the garden and the iron bars simulate the vines. There is a hot/cold air split, a wood stove, a large table for many starters, a fully equipped kitchen area, a bathroom with shower and a double bed.

It is an open space with a lot of charm that can be used as a second home for guests, vacation rental or as a workshop to work from home.
The property has an underground cistern that collects rainwater, alarm and an 11 meter well.
