Description

DESCRIPTION

Luscombe Maye are delighted to bring to market 1 Glazebrook Court, a charming three bedroom attached property which has been tastefully renovated top to bottom by the current owners. The property formerly had four bedrooms, so could be converted back to this if required. 1 Glazebrook Court is situated in a semi-rural position, being just over 1 mile from South Brent village centre with all it's amenities and has moorland and country walks which are accessible from the doorstep.

A timber porch with reclaimed slate roof sits above the newly installed composite front door which opens into a tiled entrance hall. The light and airy dual aspect reception room has a fireplace with log burner and wooden mantel. The newly fitted kitchen comprises matching floor and wall units in a shaker style with a white enamel sink with drainer unit and mixer tap, a double oven, a ceramic/ induction hob with hood over and an integrated fridge and freezer and a useful pantry. A large opening leads down to the dining-room which has feature oak beams and ample room for a dining-table set. There is useful under stairs storage, which the current vendors have used as a utility space for appliances. A downstairs cloakroom completes the ground floor accommodation of the home. Stairs ascend to the first floor landing which has a glass balustrade and vaulted ceiling and provides access to the three bedrooms and family bathroom. The sizeable master bedroom enjoys a feature fireplace and fitted wardrobes and now has a tasteful en-suite bathroom, with a freestanding bath and separate walk in shower with a rainfall shower head. The second bedroom, a double in size also now benefits from an en-suite shower room and the third bedroom predominantly has sole use of the family shower room.

OUTSIDE

A wooden gate and steps from the communal driveway lead down to an upgraded patio and a raised seating area, both of which have ample space for an outside dining-table set. This outside space can also be accessed from the home via a back door out of the kitchen, so is a great place to sit and enjoy some Al fresco dining. This area is a great sun trap with delightful views towards the nearby woodland and overlooking part of the communal lawn.

PARKING

Two allocated parking spaces for 1 Glazebrook Court.

COMMUNAL AREAS

Glazebrook Court is a community of eight converted farm buildings and each one benefits from both private and communal grounds. The communal area at Glazebrook Court includes a parking area for residents and guests, main courtyard, bin store/shed area and also two beautiful lawned areas with views to the surrounding woodland. To one side of 1 Glazebrook Court there is a log store and shed which is predominantly used by this property only.
