8) Applicants who are employed, either full-time or part-time will be prioritised for allocation in this area to try and achieve a sustainable community

We can assist prospective tenants wishing to make an application for /council tax or Universal Credit.

Rent is charged over a 52-week period, with 4 non-chargeable weeks at Easter, August and Christmas bank holidays, providing your rent account is up to date.

We will require you to make rent payments in advance. Universal Credit claimants will need to make an advance rent payment of a month's rent, as do those in employment.
