There is also a visitor's centre / tearoom at Hoswick, whilst Sandsayre Pier at Leebitton is the departure point for summer boat trips to the island of Mousa. Regular buses to Lerwick and Sumburgh run through Sandwick throughout the day, stopping at 'Central' crossroad near to the house.
