“When we viewed Glover Crescent four years ago we knew it was the perfect home for our growing family from the moment we stepped over the threshold. We had viewed other properties in the area and nothing compared to the view that greeted us as we stepped inside — a big, open space that led through to the garden, bathed in sunlight. Since moving in our family has grown to four, and some of our fondest memories are of the height of summer, with the doors thrown wide and the boys running about the garden.

As for location, Glover Crescent really is a special blend of countryside and convenience. The estate itself is large and leafy, with old oaks in wide open spaces, play parks, and wooded nature reserves — all just a stone’s throw away from Bohunt. We have often spent our weekends walking up to California country park to feed the ducks or exploring the local nature walks.

Over the years this house has become our home. It is the home where we raised our boys and we will be sad to say goodbye.”

The layout of these houses is absolutely brilliant as far as two bed houses go - it's rare to get two "proper" double bedrooms with fitted storage, as well as a four piece bathroom suite that makes the upstairs feel quite luxurious. Downstairs has an open plan living concept with a sleek modern kitchen, and big French doors leading out into the garden that's been landscaped to make the most of the sunny weather we get! There's also a nice entrance hall, downstairs WC, plenty of storage and to top it all off, a nice big driveway.

Glover Crescent is also really well connected for links into Wokingham & Reading and having California Country park on the doorstep is another huge bonus!

Not only is this home set on a lovely tree lined crescent, Arborfield Green itself is so popular because it is well situated, close to both Wokingham and Reading towns which give you so many options for shopping, restaurants and nightlife, along with train links into London. Local amenities including Co-Op close are by and Arborfield Village itself with some great pubs too. You're well connected from here too with easy access out to the A33 and M3 or close by you have junction 11 of the M4. Another big reason this location is popular is the amount of green space you have close by, including California Country Park just round the corner, and the great schools, including the new Bohunt school just a short walk away from this property.
