LOCATION

The location is peaceful and unspoilt being along a private road on the south eastern side of the stunning village of Cuckfield with its picturesque High Street of shops and cafes. Cuckfield has an excellent C of E primary school and a secondary Academy school in Warden Park, both within walking distance. Haywards Heath town centre and mainline railway station is a few minutes drive (London Bridge, Victoria and Thames Link services from 50 mins). The nearby footpath forms part of the Sussex Diamond Way, a LDWA designated route.
