On the top level each bedroom protrudes, pod- like, from the core of the house. On this floor the windows are angled to reveal specific views of the surrounding landscape. The building’s ground floor is treated as a public space, with a big atrium in the lobby and large panoramic windows creating a sense of spectacle, celebrating the communal spaces in an otherwise private home.

Layout:

A five bedroom house, newly built on 2 levels, connected by stairs. Owns a large garden space of 750 sqr meter surrounding most of the house. The floors are all made of Ceramic (A Quality) , with Ceramic (A Quality) stairs, glass and stainless steel handrails in and out of the house defining the large verandas. Other day-to- day amenities are close by, like corner shops, supermarkets, gas stations and bakeries.
