Following the access we reach a wide esplanade where the house is located (totally immersed (cave) in the mountain with a surface of more than 120 m2. It is a single floor open concept with 2 large bedrooms with ample built-in wardrobes and the possibility of having a total of 5 bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen and a complete bathroom. All rooms (except one) are exterior facing and receive natural light.
Modern techniques were used for the reconstruction and rehabilitation, such as covering the entire surface with a 2cm diameter steel mesh, reinforcing the entire surface with shotcrete.
The property is very well communicated. Located in an unbeatable area. The village of Rioja is a charming and cosy village located in the middle of nature. It is located a few km from Benahadux and Almeria, a very quiet area with beautiful views. Close to the city but in the countryside. The beach, the airport, the legendary Minihollywood and the famous Tabernas desert are just a few kilometres away.
