This impressive villa is located in one of the most prestigious residential areas of the city. The structure, on two elevations, consists of a large portico on the ground floor where there is a recently renovated self-contained residential unit, a garage and triple access to the upper floor, two external staircases and an internal staircase. On the first floor, a large flat with large, bright rooms overlooked by a panoramic terrace and a generously sized laundry room.
