Pedestrian access to the property is off Cottons Lane and vehicular access is via the next left hand turning, which is Hillside.

Ashton-Under-Hill is a quietly situated village approximately 8 miles from Broadway. The village comprises of period and contemporary houses and has a local pub, church and nursery, primary and middle schools. The quaint market town of Evesham is approximately 4 miles away and has a good selection of supermarkets and out-of-town stores.
