On the ground floor you come into an Entrance hall with a check in desk.
Behind this is the fully fitted commercial kitchen with stainless steel cupboards and fittings. There is everything from an unused double deep fat fryer, panini machine, grill, fridge, oven. There is a laminated floor.
Following on you will find a large lounge (28m2) with a beautiful wooden floor. To the right is a Dining Room which used to be a butchers shop. There are large glassed doors opening on to the street in front of the property.
To the rear of the Lounge is a WC with hand basin and electric underfloor heating and a side door out to the courtyard.
