Get ready for Summer – 2024 is predicted to be a hot one so how about some down time and fun on the beach with this lovely beach hut.

On the second row at this award winning beach, this traditional seaside hut offers privacy, and use of the grassed area at the front. There is a large field behind the hut for playing games and dog walking.

The well known Noisy Lobster with takeaway options, bakery and beach shop are a short walk down the prom. Highcliffe Castle is a pleasant, enjoyable walk via Steamer Point Nature Reserve.

The Beach Hut Café is within 2 minutes’ walk and sells (large) ice creams, teas, cakes and hot food. The café has public toilets with an access ramp. Dog friendly beach all year to the east.

The hut has a mezzanine for storage of loungers and a stove for making tea and light meals. It has fitted cupboards and a new flooring. The hut is currently fully equipped and the vendor is open to sell the hut with contents, if required. It has been well maintained and sits ideally in the middle of the row.

You can use the hut early and late in the day, and make full use of the hut 365 days a year. When you or family members are not using it, the hut can be rented out and makes a fair return.

Life is always good at the beach! Call Slades and come and see what Friar’s Cliff has to offer.
