Beautiful modern townhouse with a Portuguese charm, in the picturesque village of Ferragudo, with a perfect location right in the center and with a lovely view from the roof terrace.

A few years ago, the house was renovated but traditional elements, such as the colorful tile panels inside and outside, were preserved and even enhanced during the renovation. For the colder winter months, there is underfloor heating, heated by an energy-efficient heat pump, and there is a wood-burning stove in the living room.

The property consists of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. A bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor. On this level is the spacious living room with beautiful heigh ceiling. At the back of the patio there is a second exit from the house.

From the courtyard, a staircase leads to the upper roof terrace with a view of the rooftops of the old village. Today, the roof terrace is furnished as a beautiful lounge area with plenty of space for sun loungers.
