The golf resort is just a few kilometres from the coastal towns of Ferragudo and Carvoeiro with the most beautiful beaches. The Gramacho Golf Resort is a gated community with its own security.
The front door opens into the entrance hall which passes through an archway into the wonderfully bright living room with a cosy and effective closed wood-burning fireplace. A storage cupboard in the hall also houses the hot water heater.
Sliding doors provide access to the large west-facing covered terrace. The living room also has sliding doors to the dining area of the living room.
The living room is visually connected to the kitchen, which can be accessed from the hall. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of cupboard space.
Near the kitchen is a bathroom with shower. Adjacent is the east-facing bedroom with sliding doors to the outdoor terrace. Here you wake up to the morning sun in both summer and winter.
The bedroom with the en suite bathroom is on the west-facing terrace side. This bathroom has a bathtub. Sliding doors in the bedroom open onto the terrace connected to terrace in front of the living room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with sliding doors and have heating radiators. Central heating radiators are also in the bathrooms. All exterior doors have slatted hand-operated shutters on the outside.
With no upstairs neighbours, you enjoy extra privacy, also because no one else uses the patio at the entrance to the house. Here you can enjoy the morning sun, great for having breakfast here even in winter. The terrace at the living room is covered so you can enjoy the shade in summer, and the low sun in winter.
Gramacho Golf Resort is one of two Pestana 18-hole golf courses between Ferragudo and Carvoeiro with beautiful beaches. Membership also entitles you to play on other Pestana golf courses in Portugal. Within 10 minutes you will find all possible amenities in the city of Portimão, including several marinas, a shopping centre and a hospital. The presence of two international schools (English and German) indicates that you are in an area where all age groups are represented. Faro airport can be reached by car in 45 minutes.
