INSTALLATIONS: it is necessary to request the electricity connection which was present previously, the water supply is guaranteed by a large cistern built at the time of the renovation. It will therefore be necessary to install an Imhoff pit for the discharges and complete all the systems.
LAND: the structure is positioned in the center of arable land on the front of the house and planted with some olive trees on the rear side.
OUTDOOR SPACES: a large veranda to be paved was built on the front of the house and a comfortable staircase was built on the right side which leads to the panoramic terrace.
