THE ANNEXE
The annexe (former garage) has its own access from Eastern Road but can also be accessed from the garden of the main house. The UPVC door opens into the sitting room/kitchenette which comprises a range of floor and wall mounted units incorporating a electric hob and oven, sink and space/plumbing for a washing machine. The staircase leads up to the first floor where there is a bedroom and an en suite shower room comprising a shower enclosure, WC and vanity unit.

OUTSIDE
Outside, the property is accessed from Western Road via a gate and timber arch lead to the front door. The rear garden faces south and is paved for ease of maintenance with a small raised rockery, flowerbed and a useful timber garden shed. There is on-road parking in both Western Road and Eastern Road.
