Originally built on the site of a former public house dating to 1803, the building later became home to a silversmith/electroplater and workshop. In the mid 1990’s the building was once again transformed by the architect Derek Wylie into the most spectacular home, then highlighted in “London apartments” published by teNeues. The book featured one of the most important collections of residential projects that demonstrated the innovative talent of the country’s most respected architects and designers.
