On the southern edge of the village stands Spade Oak Lake and a footpath leads to the River Thames. Well placed for the M4 and M40 motorways and close to the M25, providing access to London and Heathrow. There is a rail service to London from Bourne End/Maidenhead and to Marylebone from both High Wycombe or Beaconsfield.
