Coup de coeur assure pour les ermites dans l'ame! Tres beau batiment ancien avec beaucoup de cachet, compose d'une maison principale au centre et un gite de chaque cote de la maison principale. Le tout sur un grand terrain clos avec piscine hors-sol et belle terrasse, et autres lieux de detentes. La propriete se trouve proche de Verteuil-sur-Charente mais avec aucune maison aux alentours avant un ou deux kilometres ! Le systeme de chauffage est recent dans les trois logements et il y a deux assainissements aux normes. Les gites fonctionnent a plein regime toute l'annee ; c'est donc un bon business a reprendre !
