An old traditional country house with a well, a barn and a large yard in a secluded and peaceful place in the village of Strahilovo.

The property offered by us is located in the village of Strahilovo, only 10 minutes from the town of Polski Trumbesh. The city has everything you need for a normal life - there are shops, banks, a train station, a bus station, a weekly market with fresh goods of all kinds, a health facility. Strahilovo as a village is large by Bulgarian standards. Very well arranged with several shops, health center, internet. A large part of the streets of the village are asphalted, and the access to this particular property is almost entirely on asphalt pavement. Veliko Tarnovo is located 45 km from there. The international road to Romania and central Europe is only 5 minutes from the center of the village. Bucharest airport is 2 hours away, and Sofia airport is 3 hours away.

The house is in a very good structural condition, which means that the main repair can be carried out without any worries. The roof is well maintained, it needs a basic inspection and can be strengthened and paneling, hydro and thermal insulation can be installed. The windows are from the old wooden joinery for replacement, the doors are wooden, the flooring is mainly carpet in the original house, and in the added annex the floor is concrete in not very good condition.
On the first floor, which is partially dug into the ground, are located as follows - an entrance hall, a large living room, a room and a closet. At the level of the yard, there is an additional room, which is attached to the original building, where there is an entrance hall, a bathroom with a wood-burning boiler and a large dining room with a separate kitchen corner.
The second floor is reached by means of external stairs that lead to a veranda, from which you enter a wide entrance hall located between two bedrooms and a closet, which can be converted into a bathroom and a toilet.
The yard is about 3,000 m2, most of which is located behind the house. The fence is not in very good condition. A well has been built on the border of the property from the street.
