The property offered by us is located 40 minutes from the city of Veliko Tarnovo in the southwest direction in the picturesque village of Yantra. The village has a very good infrastructure - asphalted streets, some of which are newly asphalted, perfect fast internet, a small shop with a bar. The village is 40 kilometers from the old capital of Bulgaria, Veliko Tarnovo, and 10 minutes from the nearest town of Dryanovo, and not far from the beautifully organized and well-developed town of Sevlievo (20 minutes). The village is quiet and peaceful, located entirely on a southern slope, has a river, all this, as well as its proximity to two cities, one of which is a large regional and tourist center in Bulgaria, makes the village of Yantra quite an attractive place for permanent living and recreation.

The property that we present to you is a basic two-story with a roof in very good condition, which needs the replacement of several bricks. The house itself is built of stone construction - the entire first floor and the entire northern wall as well as the two side walls - the western and eastern walls. The facade of the second floor is made of bricks.

The second level of the courtyard is behind these buildings and is an orchard and arable land. The property is bordered by a pine forest. The front part of the yard is fenced, and the second level behind the buildings is partially fenced.
Access to the property is via an asphalt road, with year-round access. There is a large meadow around the property, which makes it quite independent and independent from the attention of the neighbors.
