Seaside city, part of Riviera dei Cedro, surrounded by mountains, popular with various festivals (Jazz, Street Artists, Motorbikes, Classic Cars, Religious celebrations etc), local red, rose and white wine produce, concerts at the piazza and, of course, best 'Blue Flag clear' sea water beaches. In winter months ski resort Sila (3,000m) is only 1.5 hrs drive away. City has beautiful old part of town, from times of Spartacus, great for romantic walks and those late night glasses of local wine or scoop of home made Italian ice cream.

Location of this property is perfect for Airbnb or Guesthouse use as well as holiday property or permanent residency. 2. pay full amount (via bank transfer, invoice will be provided) and sign papers remotely - and get discount. Start ownership and/or remote rentals straightaway.

3. come to Italy and have viewing before paying any money and, if you'll like it, pay and sign papers there and then (but we cannot guarantee that apartment will be available at the time of your arrival as someone could reserve it beforehand)
