The beautiful, densely overgrown garden with old trees offers romantic shade and walks through the garden, a spacious and beautiful partly covered terrace with an outdoor dining area as well as a cosy lounge area with outdoor fireplace, a BBQ terrace below the main terrace with traditional Majorcan grill and water connection, as well as a small separate terrace in front of the lower bedrooms. The salt water pool is accessed through a pergola shaded by vines. Around the pool, with magnificent sea and landscape views, there are lounging and seating areas on 2 different levels. At the end of the property there is a private 'mirador', a viewpoint typical of this area in the most beautiful places along the west coast, with a bench carved out of stone , shaded by a mighty old pine tree, so close to the sea that you can hear the sound of the waves. An ideal place for a sundowner in absolute nature.

The house has a holiday rental permit.

The Villa is only about 10 minutes by car from Deià or Sóller, 20 min to the picturesque Port de Sóller, 30 min to Palma and about 40 minutes to the airport.
