This is one of the three villas of a luxurious building complex, built with the highest quality and the most modern materials. It is fully equipped with electronic systems and devices of the latest technology. It comes with an independent entrance and private parking.

Last but not least, the sauna area, where ancient techniques meld with contemporary comforts, offering you the ultimate retreat for rejuvenation. Thanks to its subterranean construction, it is considered to be the coolest level of the villa. An outdoor staircase connects it to the other two levels.

The second level, elevated to the height of the lush garden and the captivating pool, houses a fully equipped open plan kitchen, an elegant dining area, a spacious living room, a well- appointed bathroom and a master bedroom with its own en-suit bathroom and terrace. The room and its terrace offer a panoramic view of the picturesque settlement of Lygia, the swimming pool and the amazing garden.
