Tuscan farmhouse consisting of two buildings divided into independent apartments surrounded by olive groves and a large park where there is a large and modern swimming pool. The farm has the typical exposed stone facade and is located on the top of a small hill dominating the valley covered with Sangiovese vineyards. We are in Chianti halfway between Florence and Siena, a perfect location for those who want to carry out a tourist accommodation business. Farmhouse was open and always at maximum capacity even during these years.

Description
The origins of the farmhouse date back over the years and are still present in the structure of the main villa and in the adjacent old barn. The façade in stone, the external stairs in some points, the small windows are all elements that clearly identify the ancient origins of this farmhouse.
The main villa has been divided into 10 apartments each with 1 or 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and an outdoor area to spend quiet moments on summer evenings. The old rural building that still maintains some characteristics of Tuscan countryside buildings, with the stone façade, is the reception. All around 3 hectares of land, the part next to the buildings is organized like a lawn that houses the swimming pool, while the remaining part of the land is planted with olive groves that gives superb Tuscany oil. The large lawn surrounding the buldings houses the regularly-shaped pool with a section dedicated to adults and another dedicated to children, with a small waterfall in the middle to brighten up moments spent outdoors. The solarium around the pool has been equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas set up on the lawn for greater guest comfort. From the lawn the view sweeps towards the countryside, olive trees acting as a crown, give peace and tranquility.
State and finishes
Both the villa and the barn have been perfectly restored in the typical Tuscan style, preserving and using where possible original materials and for the new ones the most related to the style has been carefully choosen. Internally the apartments reflect modern standards for total comfort.
