The origins of this property date back to 1729, which is recorded on the lintel. In the middle of the 19th century, the property fell victim to a fire, as a result of which it burnt down to the first floor. The house was then rebuilt.
Since then, it has stood on a 39 m² plot and offers 76 m² of living space spread over 3 floors. The top floor is also available as an extension reserve.

A lot has been invested in the property in recent years.
