Description
In just ten minutes by boat from the marina of Porto Venere lands on Palmaria Island . Walking another five minutes you reach the property .
We are greeted by native vegetation surrounding the two cottages one to be renovated the other of good finish .The sea view is wonderful .
The main villa is about 100 square meters with direct access from the beach, walkable either on foot or with an electric quad. The entrance floor is accessed through a small staircase where it has been placed a practical oven of about 2 sqm for pizzas and bread ,entering inside the villa we are greeted by the living room characterized by a large antique fireplace and the fully equipped cooking area . The annex is being renovated ,entrance overlooking the living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom with a second bathroom of pertinence.
Outside there are two stone artifacts with the possibility of using them as an extension to the house, measuring 16 sqm and 5 sqm respectively.

The main villa is served by a beautiful porch where you can spend moments in absolute relaxation without perceiving the presence of neighbors .
In front of the entrance from the beach there is a floating dock where the current owners have a berth up to a maximum of 12 m lft .
With the new municipal concession, there will be 3 pontoons.
