The total area of the property, including all guest rooms, is about 1000 sq. meters, spread out on a land of about 13,000 sq. meters.
The whole complex offers ten bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and is suitable for up to 20 guests.

Location wise, the property is extraordinary: accessible by sea (suitable for yachts), beautiful sea views, ten minutes ride from Mykonos town, sheltered from the North winds and facing East, thus avoiding excessively high temperatures from the afternoon onwards.

The pool has sea water which is a big advantage, while there is also access to a small private beach with pebbles and a wooden deck.

The villa is suitable for up two 20 persons in 10 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning.

Decoration in white colour. From this bedroom you can really hear the sea.
- Double bedroom with queen size bed (approx. 30 sq. metres), air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV & dvd, en-suite bathroom with built in shower.
Decoration in beige tones. The bedroom has access to the lower private terrace.
- Children’s bedroom (approx. 22 sq. metres) with two single beds, air-conditioning and ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has access to the lower private terrace.

Lower ground floor
- Guest room with queen size bed, air-conditioning, TV, DVD player and en-suite bathroom
- Two rooms for staff with a shared bathroom

Pool Guest House
- Guest room (approx. 15 sq. metres) with two single beds attached one to the other with bathroom

- Guest room (approx. 12 sq. metres) with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom
- Small kitchenette and sitting area with TV.

Upper level Guest House
- Guest room (approx. 50 sq. metres) with King size bed, TV/DVD, AC, ceiling fan, and en-suite bathroom
- Guest room (approx. 50 sq. metres) with two twin beds, AC, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom. Third bed may become available.
- The two rooms are interconnected, ideal for families.
- Small sitting area in front terrace enjoying beautiful sea views.
