The villa, which was completed in 2021, is on two levels, and is surrounded by an external area that is partly land and partly equipped and paved with a pergola and outdoor kitchen, as well as a large driveway with electric gate.
A welcoming entrance hall leads to the living area with kitchen that opens onto the outdoor area and garden.
On the same level, there is a laundry room, a convenient storage room under the stairs, and an elegant bathroom with glass walk-in shower.
Completing the ground floor is a room used as a garage (with a large sectional door, paved in continuity with the other rooms on the floor, windowed and equipped with heating plates) and a large storage room corresponding with another on the first floor inside which a lift can be installed.
A Carrara marble staircase leads to the upper level which houses 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a large veranda from which you can view the sea not far away; the other two bedrooms also have access to a veranda.
